Customer Service Representative Courier/Driver Courier Loading - Unloading Personnel General

To provide inbound and outbound cargo operations at our branches, to support daily planning
Answering the calls to our branches, providing correct information flow and guidance, and offering suggestions to increase customer satisfaction.
To resolve or support customer complaints
To carry out the routing and return operations of the cargoes in a timely and planned manner, to investigate and finalize the reasons for the undelivered cargoes.

At least high school graduate
Aiming for a career in the logistics and transportation industry
Preferably, having command of cargo, operation processes
Open to development and learning, able to improve processes with new ideas and suggestions, researcher
Strong communication skills, willing to provide customer-oriented service with a smiling face
Prone to teamwork and cooperation, ready to run together to branch goals, willingly adapt to flexible working hours
Strong result and solution oriented, practical
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) programs, prone to system and screen use
